Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly or annually). By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees and any related taxes using your selected payment method.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellation prevents future renewals
  • Access to subscription benefits remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period

Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of royalty-free media assets and immediate access to downloadable content, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access to the Service has been granted.

However, refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Billing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the Service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Refund requests must typically be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Lack of usage during the subscription period
  • Change of mind after downloading assets
  • Incompatibility with third-party software or systems not controlled by us
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension due to misuse or prohibited activity

Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account access
  • Revocation of asset licenses
  • Permanent account termination
  • Additional administrative or recovery fees where permitted by law

We encourage users to contact support before initiating a payment dispute.

Promotional and Trial Offers

Free trials, discounted subscriptions, promotional pricing, and special offers may be subject to separate refund and cancellation terms disclosed at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically convert to paid plans at the end of a trial period.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
